We have created an extensive strategy around our holistic digital marketing approach for Watsons Leisure Centre. Their offering extends to multiple demographics, across all stages of the buying cycle and our strategy supports this across numerous changes for both long and short term goals.
Originally called Watsons Caravans, the evolution of the company saw it expand beyond caravans and become multiple leisure brands.Our goal was to create a strong, timeless brand identity that would work coherently with each of these new leisure brands.

The eCommerce WordPress website includes a custom design intended to make the online caravan hire experience easy and enjoyable. A custom ordering form connected to WooCommerce gives this website an edge on its competitors and is quickly increasing it’s daily traffic and sales.
Campingworldcoffsharbour.com.au – with over 3000 products, this WordPress website is constantly evolving to improve the customer experience and is fast becoming a destination for online camping supply shoppers.
Maintaining the brand guidelines is crucial to any respected brand, and it has been the key to success for Watsons Leisure Centre. We’ve managed all graphic design and print material including business cards, flyers, posters, promotional artwork and online graphics and have maintained their guidelines throughout.
We have managed Google Ads for all brands at WLC and have seen fantastic results, including an increase in spend and management time as this fast becomes a key advertising space. Our strategy has seen budget moved from traditional media including billboards and print ads to Google Ads and website optimisation over the past year. We have introduced monthly content marketing efforts including blog videos, blog writing and social media posting to ensure we are adding value to customers at all stages of the buying process.

We’ve been at multiple Watsons Leisure Centre events with camera in hand, ready to capture the moments that count. Photography is a great way to show a brands true colours, the photos we’ve captured with WLC has helped build their customers appreciation for their staff and events.
In our strategy, we discovered an opportunity in the market to create a resourceful YouTube channel for leisure enthusiasts. We create a YouTube channel that saw thier videos watched over 20k times with a click through rate of 9.4%. Their subscribership has increased by 244% and their videos have been watched for over 50k minutes!
Our efforts have seen an increase in website traffic, online sales and instore sales and the brand name is stronger than ever. Watsons are currently in the planning stage to build what will only help to drive home the fact that they are the biggest leisure product destination on the Coffs Coast.
